Phytochemical Profiling of Various Extracts of <i>Glycine max</i> (L.) Seeds and <i>In-silico</i> Approach for Hepato-Protective Activity

Cirrhosis and fibrosis are mainly characterized by the frequent repeated inflammation of renal cells. These disorders may also lead to hepatocarcinoma even death, so we in need complementary alternative medicine treat diseases. The Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) seed is reported have medicinal properties pharmacological activities like anti-inflammatory anti-oxidant. Here, evaluated various extracts (Water, Ethanol, Methanol, Hexane Benzene) Glycine predict their phytoconstituents found that methanolic extract has more phytoconstituents. finest chemicals extract, such as 3-Methoxy-hexane-1,6- diol, Choline, 9,12,15-Octadecatrien-1-ol, tetradecane, were docked against Transforming Growth Factor-(TGF-β) a cytokine, transcription factors Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor (PPAR) Pregnene X (PXR), Nuclear Factor kappa-b (NF-KB) protein complex. Comparatively, Choline shows higher negative binding energies all receptors possesses hepato-protective activity.
